Our bodies are made mostly of water, and perhaps it's no wonder that we so often describe our emotions in its language. Feelings rise and fall, tears spill over, grief comes in waves, and sometimes we find ourselves completely swept away.
One of the invitations of our Women of the Water circle was to become more curious about this inner landscape. To notice what moves through us, what we've learned to hold back, and what might become possible when we allow ourselves to feel without needing to immediately make sense of it all.
